Apple Products That Might Be Discontinued Next Month

Apple’s annual September event is right around the corner, and with new releases like the iPhone 16, updated AirPods, and fresh Apple Watch models on the horizon, several current products might soon disappear from the Apple Store. Here’s a quick look at the Apple gadgets you might not be able to buy next month.

1. iPhone 15 Pro & Pro Max

Apple typically retires last year’s flagship models, so the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max are expected to follow suit. With the iPhone 16 rumored to feature larger displays, the 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch models, including the Blue Titanium finish, may be phased out.

2. iPhone 14 Plus

The iPhone 14 Plus, Apple’s budget-friendly large-screen option, might be discontinued, much like the iPhone 13 mini last year. Apple is likely to keep the standard iPhone 14 around, while the Plus model gets the axe.

3. iPhone 13

As the oldest iPhone still available, the iPhone 13 is likely to be discontinued. Apple might shift the iPhone 14 to a lower price point, leaving the iPhone 13 in the past.

4. Apple Watch Series 9, Ultra 2, and SE 2

With expected updates to the entire Apple Watch lineup, including the Series 10 and Ultra 3, the current Series 9, Ultra 2, and SE 2 models are likely to be replaced.

5. AirPods 2 and AirPods 3

AirPods 2, introduced in 2019, and AirPods 3, launched in 2021, are expected to be discontinued. New AirPods 4 models are on the way, likely featuring improved noise cancellation and audio quality.

6. iPad mini 6 and iPad 10

Rumors suggest that the iPad mini 6 and iPad 10 could be refreshed soon, potentially leaving the current models discontinued. The new iPads are expected to offer better features, including more storage and Apple Pencil Pro support.
